Our tours are rain or shine, but we’ll always provide shelter during extreme weather events when possible. If conditions become unsafe, we’ll let you know in advance and offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

We understand plans can change! We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time. No refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the event. Rescheduling is sometimes possible but not guaranteed and is subject to availability and cancellation policy. In the rare situation where the seller is forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability), receive credit, or receive a full refund.
